Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your cancellation right, please inform us by providing a clear written statement via:

Once we receive the returned goods, we will reimburse you within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
• The goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom or personalized items
• Perishable items or products with expiration dates
• Items opened or used, especially for hygiene reasons (e.g., undergarments)
• Items mixed with other products after delivery

We reserve the right to deny returns at our sole discretion if these conditions are not met.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. Please ship the items to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot process a refund without receiving the returned product or valid proof of delivery.

Returns on Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value. A gift card will be emailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued once your returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are processed to the:

• Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
• Bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Refund Timelines

If your refund is delayed beyond the stated time, please contact your card issuer or bank.

Note: Refunds are not issued in cash. Cheque payments may be made in exceptional cases only.
